According to the European data protection act (Art. 13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that BAXTER S.r.l. commits to process the User's personal data according to the principles of propriety, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is hereby informed that:

Dear Data Subject, BAXTER S.r.l. has great respect for the privacy of Users. Any data communicated by the User through the Website will be processed with the utmost care and with all the tools necessary to guarantee its security, in full compliance with current regulations established to protect data confidentiality. We wish to inform you that "European Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data" (hereinafter "GDPR") provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. According to article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, we inform you that:


A.    DATA CATEGORIES: the object of the processing may be your personal data like:
a. Data collected automatically. During their normal operation, the computer systems and applications used to operate this website acquire some data (whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) that can potentially be associated with identifiable users. F.      TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY: No transfer of your data to a third country is envisaged/This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. I.    MANDATORY NATURE OF CONSENT OR OTHERWISE: The provision of your data is mandatory during the navigation of our website with regard to points D.1 and D.2 of the aforementioned purposes, to allow correct provision of the service. The provision of your data for point D.3 is optional and will not compromise the provision of the service in any way.


J.    METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING: The personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations adopted by the Data Controller.
